In this article, Chlo\u00e9 ANIFRANI<\/a> (ESSEC Business School, Global Bachelor in Business Administration (GBBA), 2019-2024) discusses the top 5 Asset Management firms in Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Methodology<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To define the top 5 Asset Management firms in Europe, we built a methodology based on a selection of criteria. However, as the initial pool of firms would have been too extensive to analyze, we first looked for rankings online, led by independent research institutes, to reduce the area of research. <\/p> \n\n

We then took the companies that appeared in their top 5 the most often, and obtained this first ranking: <\/p> \n\n

  1. Amundi Asset Management<\/li>\n
  2. BlackRock<\/li>\n
  3. Allianz Group<\/li>\n
  4. UBS Group<\/li>\n
  5. Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    However, this ranking will not be final. <\/p>\n\n

    While we will use it to know which companies to analyze, we will reorganize our list thanks to the following elements, which seem like the most relevant and the most useful for an objective comparison. We also think these elements will be the most interesting to a student trying to learn more about the Asset Management field for their future career. The following criteria will each bring insights on the companies\u2019 businesses and sizes, on their catalogs (interesting for customers), and on their social policies (interesting for employees) : <\/p>\n\n
